Giovanni has been a successful negotiator in all relevant aspects of Real Estate since 1984, with particular focus on Business Brokerage, Investment Properties (such as Apartments, Strip Malls, Land) and Leasing.

After first graduating as a Geometra in Italy, Giovanni went on to obtain his Engineering degree from the University of Alberta, and subsequently several accreditations in Development Analysis, Taxation, Real Estate Law, and Appraisal. He worked for 15 years in the Engineering and Land Development fields and was president of Adel Consulting Engineering. Giovanni was recently awarded Life Membership in the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
